Western Parish Sacerdotal Territory is a ecclesially-administered Kiravian Sovereignty occupying 65 hectares in the city of Valëka.
Western Parish is the seat of the Church of Kirav, and home to Western Cathedral, its flagship church. The Bishop of Valëka and other clergymen reside in apartments within the territory.
The WPST is governed by the Territorial Ministry, a temporal ministry of the Kiravic Magisterium. It consists of a Holy Governor, appointed by the Bishop of Valëka, and a staff of clergy and laymen under him who carry out the administrative tasks of the province.
Military
100 out of Western Parish's people belong to the Parish Guard, an elite security force of celibate, Southwest Gërev. The Parish Guard is trained in using ceremonial weapons, as well as in counterterrorism and surveillance.
