Ivroa is a Kiravian colony consisting of a small mainland area and several small islands in the Subarctic Sea.
It is centred around the town of Ivrø, which had been founded by Gundar Fisheries Inc as a Private Colony in 21143. After the company sold out, the inhabitants applied for incorporation into the Empire, and were granted a Territorial Charter in 21176.
Political Status
Ivroa is a Territory, which gives the Imperial government, via the Praetor, political dominance over the island. Many Ivroans resent lack of control over their domestic affairs, and are pushing for their Cambrium to apply fro Dependancy status instead.
