Example of a successful brand image in Lithuania / Portugal.

Brand image is a set of knowledge, beliefs and education that are associated to an offer for a determined public. It is transmited by the product with the feelings and the important information that it could give for the customer. It could understood with the name, symbol or sign.

In Portugal it���´s similar to what happens in other countries, there are different brands whose subsistence depends essentially on the same name that won in the market. For example brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, Volkswagen, Regina, Danone, among others, are trademarks whose name is translated in confidence that consumers have, hence the launch of new products is usually a factor further facilitated by the prestige that brand has on the market.

Developing and maintaining a brand image is vital to any successful marketing and communication campaign.

The Lithuanian beer is very popular in all over Europe; it was accepted one of the best beer in Europe, with good quality and long history.The brands like "Kalnapilis", "Utenos alus", "Kvietinis". Lithuania’s prefer to drink Lithuanian beer more then foreigners, because we have various choice of it; and people never felt chagrined of it. Even foreigners flatter our beer, and indulging it when coming to Lithuanian. The customers are different level of society, because the prices are different, you could find cheap beer 0, 40 cents of 0, 5 liter of bottle; and expensive more for the same bottle – almost 1 euro.
