The importance of punctuality when doing business in Lithania / Portugal.
It is important to be punctual when doing business in Portugal. However, many people do not respect the basic punctuality rules. For example, it is normal for the boss to arrive late. In fact, it is more like an unwritten rule! It is strange for the boss to be on time!
As for Lithuania, if someone is late, even for 5 minutes, the person who has been waiting is likely to get nervous. Bosses can be late but not as much as in Portugal. It seems that Lithuanians are more punctual compaired to the Portuguese.
