The use of titles in Lithuania / Portugal.
In Portugal, the use of titles is very common and important. Everyone who has a degree is called " Dr\\a ", even if they aren't really "doctors". Nowadays, many people have a degree so there are a lot of " Dr\\a\\s " in our country. If we work for a company and ask a superior for something we should say "Dr", but if we talk with our colleagues we just call them by their first or last name without the title.
