Little is known about this man. It is known, however, that he is one of the best warriors in the world. He is so skilled that he can telepathically wield weapons and duel with them just as well as he could if they were in his hands. This also implicates that is extremely skilled with sensing any change in an environment, as well as almost completely control of psionics. At some point, he was partners in an organization with a warrior named Kate. It is believed that he has a past with CYAN STORM and maybe even a mysterious organization whose initials are B.R.S. Currently, he is the second in command of the Masters of Destruction an organization that he was handpicked to join. He is one of the few members from the O.C.W. chosen to be one of their representatives and commanders in the field for the Hylian War, helping to serve the dark. It is here that he runs into Kate, and the two rekindle their friendship.
