Gohma

From Hyrule

Gohma is an antagonistic character in Hyrule Adventures 2. It is the primary antagonist of the Slaying the Spider event, which was the first RG-hosted Event in HA2 history.

For years, the beast Gohma has blocked the entry to South Hyrule simply by living inside the North/South Passage and letting its poisonous fumes kill anyone who enters. It is not known if it is evil, per se; a common belief is that it is simply a creature that is trying to survive. A battle is underway to exterminate it and enter South Hyrule.

The invasion was planned after a breakthrough in the field of medicine was achieved--an antidote was developed which would make a select few of the greatest adventurers immune to Gohma's powerful poison. Since supplies were low, the adventurers had to scavenge their own ingredients, but somewhere around twenty of Hyrule's best were able to find the necessary flower and enter the cave to fight the beast.

Unknown to the adventurers, the beast Gohma seems to be taking orders from an unknown individual, who is accompanied by at least one Wizzrobe, who refers to him as 'Warlord'. This being's speech implies that he is the true ruler of the north/south passage.
