The following is a timeline of events leading up to HA2, although it may need to be rechecked. It will only contain info of events that happened before HA2 basically started.

• Era of Darkness-The land of Canani (New Hyrule before it was New Hyrule) is seized by S Ma(also known as Zeso). He brings terror in his reign, killing the current emperor of Canani by turning the other governors of Canani against him. Fortunately, Zeso was defeated by the only son and the only daughter of the only daughter of Emperor Canani before the whole world fell into his grasp.

• X month, X date(hundreds of years ago)-Link and Tetra land on New Hyrule's shores, eventually bringing more people with them. Hyrule is established. At the same time, the battle between Blade and Scar occurs, creating the Moruge Swamp.

• 1769-Montagomey, which had fallen into the rule of Lord Montagomey VI during the Era of Darkness, is retaken by the citizens.

• 1852-Kasei's village is destroyed. Kasei becomes a servant of the gods and leaves Hyrule.

• 1923-Due to the ocean between Montagomey and Hyrule becoming extremely violent, all trade routes between the two cease. Lord Montagomey the sixth takes back Montagomey.

• 1944-Ganon begins to assault Hyrule.

• 1949-The Royal Elite Forces are formed. Ruto Town and Death Mountain are seized by Ganon, and the latter becomes Ganon's main headquarters.

• 1955-Labufa is born.

• 1959-Alpha is born with the name Keyru Varaudo.

• 1963-Events of Leth's storyline take place. Will Quillton, Ricky Grendel, and others stop Malchus of Rencal from wiping Hyrule off the map.

• 1966-Zaris, the Golden Sheikah, comes to Keyru's hometown. The Hakiems attack the village, and Keyru and Zaris end up being two of the few survivors. Keyru becomes Zaris' apprentice, and is given the name of Alpha.

• 1967-The next hero, Link, is born in Calatia.(late that year, perhaps early 1968) Simon is born?

• 1968-Saber is born. Kalex is born.

• 1969-Lizzia is born?

• 1971-Worru, a half-Gerudo, is born. Miyu, Kalex's sister, is born.

• 1976-A fight with the Hakiems reveals to Alpha that his master came to his town knowing quite well that the Hakiems would attack and likely slaughter the townsfolk. Once the fight is concluded, Alpha abandons Zaris. Weeks later, Zaris runs into Shada and takes her under his wing.

• 1978(later in the year)- Lord Montagomey, foreseeing the fall of Ganon, his major supporter, releases Hyrule from his grasps and brings his troops back to Montagomey

• 1979-The events depicted in The Legend of Zelda take place. Link returns to Calatia. The Treaty of 1979 is signed, and as a direct result the REF is disbanded. King Harkinian II secretly establishes the Royal Elite Remnant to replace it, led by General Richarn Noval. Kasei returns to Hyrule and aids in the assault on the remnants of Ganon's forces.

• The Tragedy of Thoshta happens, and the spirits of Kalex's ancestors become concealed within him.

• 1981- Kalex's home is attacked for the first time, her sister being taken away from there.

• 1982-Kasei leaves Hyrule to go to Volgaria. The dark ones appear in Hyrule.

• 1983-The events depicted in The Adventure of Link take place. Link goes missing after this event. South Hyrule is seized by various warlords struggling to take the place of the Dark Beast and his right hand shadow.

• 1984-The events of HA1 take place. Kasei returns again. Kalex's home is attacked for the second time, and this time he awakens later in North Castle, where he begins his search for his sister.

• 1985-Beginning of HA2. After many years away, Alpha returns to Hyrule, searching for his master. Sovelis arrives, stripped of power. Kalex discovers the spirits within him.

• 1987-Saber is caught up in a battle at the Tantari Cafe, and after being promised free meals there decides to set up a temporary mercenary booth nearby.
