Albion

Home to 55 Million people, Albion is a Fortress System of the Terran Sphere defended by 9th Battlefleet as well as Fighter Command III. The system has only one terrestrial planet; AMI New London, a typical fortress world. All of it's residents are either members of the armed forces or their family members, with the exception of the occasional contractors who come to regularly expand and repair the system's defences. New London is also home to a giant shipyard complex, home to both 9th BF and FC III. The planet itself is covered with heavy weapons emplacements, hardened bunkers and barracks. Past General Staff press releases claimed that during the years of conflict between the Sphere and Antareas, New London was capable of repulsing an attack of up to 900 Antarean warships.
