Tannis Enlei Carrin Rhine is a Freikorps officer with the rank of Lieutenant-Commander of the Freikorps BattleFleet, Regular. He is commonly referred to by his first name. He is an NPC created by Zeth.

Though he probably understands human behavior and humor slightly better than his cousin, Jarbo Elbe, and is confident of his ability to fit in, he generally prefers to spend his time with a very small group of close friends and his cousin, and dislikes speaking in front of large audiences. Not because he considers himself superior, but simply because that’s how he is.

Tannis came to the Freikorps in the same manner and at the same time as his cousin Jarbo.
