Rebecca Germaine Moab is a Military Governor in Terra Magna, a Freikorps officer with the rank of Fleet Admiral. She is commonly referred to as "Reka", and is an NPC created by Cataphrak.
Personnel File
The best word to describe Reka Moab is "tall", her height (195.5 cm, or 6'5") is accentuated by her slim build and straight vertical posture. She wears her hair cropped at the chin, in keeping with regs. Both her weight and age are unknown.
