Richard Lethain the Third is a Freikorps officer with the rank of 1st Lieutenant of the Freikorps Marines. He is an NPC created by Avalon.

However, he acts quickly, is reliable, and his sarcasm shows his quick wit and his penchant for fighting is due to his skill at it.
