Admins (also known as sysops) are the elite users or Humor team Meta, who work to keep the site up and running. Admins have special powers that normal users don't have, such as the power to delete pages, ban users, or restore deleted pages. Two currently active admins are User:Dummmmmmy and User:Ye Olde Luke. If you are interested in becoming an admin, leave a message in Dummmmmmy's talk page, and he'll eventually get back to you.
