Hey guys... good work on the training log, Gav. And Sara, I am very impressed with your running, girl! I'm loosely following the beginning triathlete schedule in the Tri-book, now known in my house as the Bible. My roomie Bryony is also following the workout somewhat, so we're having fun with it.
