What is Black Arm?
Black Arm is neither a gang nor a mafia. Black Arm is an organized crime and special interests group whose priorities include (but are not limited to): Causing disruption amongst the Combine for the greater good of the people even if individuals may be harmed in the process; capitalizing on offering protection to groups, shops, and individuals; furthering the group's monetary and general strength through legal and illegal transactions and activities; assisting other groups, including gangs, resistance groups and mafias in activities that coincide with the priorities of Black Arm; and allying with friendly groups for long term benefits.
Black Arm Rules
- !!!FOLLOW ALL HL2LAND.NET SERVER RULES!!!
- Be a good roleplayer.
- Respect all ranks Member or higher. (Recruits are expected to be disrespected until proven worthy.)
- Keep a low profile while in the main patrolled areas of the city. Do not conduct any unauthorized illegal activities in these high risk areas.
- Do not attack random citizens. (Otherwise known as punch whoring or DMing) There will be circumstances where it is a necessary evil.
- Follow the orders of a higher ranking member unless they conflict with the Black Arm rules. If you are uncertain about an order, contact the highest ranking member present.
- Respect all Black Arm rules, guidelines and alliances.
