Black Arm is a group of civilians whose interests lie in chaos, disruption, and fear for the greater good of the people. Black Arm is not a gang, nor a mafia. However, Black Arm may be involved with gang or mafia-like activities. Recruitment is open, but must be made in-game with an UnderBoss or Boss.
