He's either every parent's lifelong dream or worst nightmare; as intelligent, bright, well-mannered and genial as Waltz can be, he is also a terrible brat, a tyrant in his own home and will do whatever it takes to maintain control and stability of everything within his reach. Most find his condescending and spoiled demeanor to be difficult to deal with, and his callous and flippant attitude towards the plights of those less fortunate than he is (which is everyone, really) can make that difficulty increase tenfold, but he is viciously and narrow-mindedly protective of those he cares for and his ideals and beliefs.
