Background
Rinali's parents were killed when she was very young, so she was raised by her older brother, Komui. The two have a very close relationship, to the point where Komui can only be awoken from a nap by someone whispering "Rinali's getting married" into his ear. He's very protective of her, and she usually doesn't mind. Originally from China, the pair have traveled the world quite frequently, due to Komui's profession as a scientist. Rinali usually works as his assistant. During a brief assignment in England, the siblings met Allen Walker, whom with Rinali attended school and became good friends.
