A sister/sister double-act of complimentary heroes, Touch and Go are the new kids in the hero business. Courageous and cheerful, yes, but they're still learning, and their methods are very... touch-and-go.

History

The exact circumstances of how 20-year-old Lissa Edger and her younger sister Rita gained their powers, but it has been suggested they were born with them and they developed slowly. The sisters are best friends and have always stuck together, although Lissa usually has to reign in her more impulsive younger sister. However, when working together, they tend to make a fairly good team.

Touch and Go are new to the business of being heroes, and they're not the best at it yet. They tend to accidentally cause a lot of collateral damage (Go in particular), and don't often plan far enough ahead. At best, their methods can fittingly be described as "touch-and-go". They also have a great fondness for spouting puns based on their names (e.g. "All it needs is a woman's touch!" or "Ready, set, go!").

Powers and Abilities

Lissa, as Touch, can render herself momentarily incorporeal and invade another person's body upon physical contact. She can then control them fully for up to 15 minutes without problems. Eventually, she will be forced out of the body after about 20 minutes.

Rita, as Go, has a diluted amount of super speed that enables her to move about twice as fast as an ordinary person. She also has the ability to produce shockwaves from her palms that have the force of an explosion. The blast also has the curious effect of speeding up objects caught in its radius--the closer to the center of the blast, the longer the effect lasts.
