Biography
Hayai Yuushi's life was shrouded in mystery. What is known is that he was born somewhere on Earth, and was orphaned at an early age. His parents were most likely killed in carpet bombing to silence the Chinese Independence movement. He was in turn, raised by a martial arts master named Sentetsu Ichime, who was a member of the Chinese resistance against the Earth First Federation (EFF). Near his late teenage years after becoming trained in Kung Fu, Hayai was sent to Mars to enlist in the Martian Confederation Mobile Suit Academy.
While there, he enlisted under the alias Enigma Ichime. After training, he was transfered into the elite mobile suit squadron. It was this accomplishment that brought Hayai to Gemini's attention, as Hayai was identified as a Newtype. While his training began in the remote colonies of Pluto, Gemini plotted the abduction of both Hayai, and wingman Thomas Epsilon. When both were involved in the attempted invasion of Earth, Hayai and Tom were kidnapped by Gemini forces.
Under a multitude of mental conditioning, brainwashing, and cybernetic enhancements, Enigma turned into the second Zodiac, Taurus. After becoming Taurus, he began to fight under the Gemini banner loyally. He was given command of the Gemini Gundam ZMW-006 Sokar, which he used in several campaigns. His service to Gemini would remain the end of the foundation.
