The first Gemini mobile doll to appear, the Storm Cloud remained a bane until the defeat of Gemini. The name itself is derived from the curvaceous armor, which developers commented looked like a cloud. The color scheme increased the effect of its appearance, adding to a psychological edge.

The main development point of the Storm Cloud is the Storm Cloud Multi-point System. This revolutionary system relayed a large amount of information to the suit's control ship through laser communication. The information was processed through a super computer, which relayed it to all suits under its control. The result was a highly coordinated battle squad. The system would later be installed in all Gemini mobile dolls.
