Appearance:
Vasilis' features lean more towards feline than they do human. He has a lithe, nimble figure that stands about five feet six inches tall and he remains thin even though he eats plenty of food for multiple people. His eyes are silted and have yellow hue to them. His face is slight, matching the overall thinness of his body, with a small nose and mouth. He much prefers showing off his ears and tail, thinking that they set him above the normal human. Vas is also covered from head to toe in white fur with black streaks along it that he grooms regularly. He wears thick, light blue shorts with gold stitching that come down just a little below the knee. He has a hole poked in the back for his tail to move freely and wears a belt with a gem studded clasp loosely around his waist. On his torso he wears a short sleeved silken shirt that he keeps good care of. He also wears a sturdy and durable leather vest to help protect him in any sticky situations he might get into. Slung around his neck and hidden behind his shirt is a medallion with the family crest imprinted on it. He wear nothing on his head and his hands and feat are covered in his weapons.

Background:
Vasilis was the third child born form his father and mother, a nekobold couple running a successful shop in Mt. Karn. Vas spent a good deal of time with his mother when he was very young, his father always minding the family shop or traveling abroad to buy and sell goods. Vas' brother, Argyris, was usually helping their father when he was in town and minding the shop while he was gone, but he would occasionally find time to play with his younger brother. His older sister, Sophia, liked to tease Vas and would quite often use any new water tricks she learned while studying rune magic on him.

When his younger sister Tasoula was born Vas would help his mother take care of her and help do house chores. When his sister grew a little older Vas would always be playing games with Tas. The two became very close and as they grew a little older could always be found getting into some mischief or another.

Even though his father was a fairly successful merchant Vas never had a whole lot as a child, his father believed strongly that if you wanted something you had to earn it and so would only give his children what they needed and would always reward good work. Vas never did like working too hard, he would much rather go play a game or catch a neighbor in a good prank, this of course led him to a bit of trouble but his younger sister was generally amused by his antics and so he kept them up. At around the age of fifteen his tendencies of hiding things on people eventually led to a short-lived career as a thief, which ended when he spent a week in jail after his own father turned him in. From then on Vas decided to stop taking things from people and instead take things from old ruins and tombs "it's not like they'll miss 'em" he would always say to his little sister.

When he was 16 Vas's sister Sophia married into the Rivercrest line, having met her husband while studying rune craft in Rugney. At around this time Vas' parents had decided to retire closer to their older daughter leaving the store in the hands of the very capable Argyris. While Argyris had studied under his father and learned how to run a shop well, Vas and Tas did not pay so much attention and so Argyris could not leave the family shop in their hands too often. This meant that Vas, and eventually his young sister, would have to run lengthy errands for the business. This gave Vas a very good opportunity to perfect his tomb raiding skills. While their father had not approved of Vas' "treasure hunting" Argryis was more then happy to sell the antiques his little brother came across. When Vas' little sister turned fifteen she began to help him every once in a while, though she never did like going into creepy tombs very often.

Everything was business as usual for quite a while until a few days ago when Mt. Karn was invaded by force. Vasilis and his younger sister had just gotten back from an errand for their brother when they had seen smoke coming form the city. Vas told his sister to stay put as he went to the family shop. When he arrived he found the shop in disarray with a few items laying about here or there as well as a small sack of potch with a rushed note under it explaining that Argyris had fled with as much as he could grab and is heading for Sophia's.. On his way out of the shop Vas bumped into Tasoula and, after yelling at her for following, told her what was happening and where to go. As they were fleeing they had gotten separated in the midst of a crowd of people fleeing. Vas gave up looking for his sister when some soldiers had spotted him and quickly fled. He stayed a few days in Ashan hoping his sister would make that her first leg in the trip but after a few days he realized his sister had probably gone in a different direction and so he set out for the city of Rivercrest.

Personality:
Vasilis is, for the most part, fairly light-hearted. He likes to joke around a lot and rarely fights, trying to avoid them as much as possible and only engaging when he or his family are threatened. Vas can also be very loyal so long as you can earn his trust. He also has a bad habit of getting in over his head with a tendency to brag himself up. Vasilis likes eating, a lot, and for whatever reason he just does not gain weight . Traveling is also on his likes list. Vas does not take kindly to people bad mouthing his family or friends and will occasionally fight for their honor, even if they don't want him to. He also despises getting wet, having been the person of choice for his sister to practice water magic on, and also tends to cringe when his sister uses her flow rune, for the exact same reason.

Wielded Weapons:
The fighting style of Vasilis is, what seems to be, and odd form of martial arts combining other forms together into one. He learned to fight like this from an old family friend that he and his younger sister would visit form time to time while making deliveries. To help augment this barehanded fighting style Vasilis wears thin metal bracers and gauntlets as well as shin guards and plated boots. This adds to the striking force of his blows and allows him to better protect himself. Vsailis has no particular name for these weapons or even for the fighting style.

Runes:
On Vasilis' left hand resides a shrike rune that he "liberated" during one of his "digs" in a tomb. He tends to use the leaping ability granted by the rune more for running then he does actual combat, but it does help him get in and out quickly when the need comes. Vas is magically inept and can cast only the weakest magic. He can, however, use ability runes quite well, though he usually only uses his shrike rune.
