A simple diary that was started by a fairly new member now by the name of Goin' Crazy!
It was a rather lazily put together diary, many owners were added before its creating because of a thread called "Today's Youth", and the diary's purpose was supposed to be about bad youth these days (which was started in the thread) but a lot of owners were removed and added, and the diary just becae a random place to talk, but then after awhile, a golden set of owners was formed
Matt (havoc) Laura (Pleeba) Adam (Revelations) Otter (Otter) Goin' Crazy (Gary)Jaden and Scurry Inertia (Brad however he removed himself due to leaving Gov only to come back 3 months later, and is sexier than ever).
PRC slowly slipped into a depresion, but rebuilt itself to a good position again, then the diary creator Goin' Crazy! left govteen for about a month on his own accord, and PRC slipped up again, it has been slowly recovering from everything that has happened, and right now it is still well known, butit still is nothing compared to what it used to be
the current owners inclued all ove the above excet Laura, Sparticus, and Brad, but we know have james, the communities moderator as an owner
PRC was also the diary (even if it is not recognized) that made the ORLY owl Infamous, it was probably the place where the PRC owl was used the ost, until some people killed it
Also, PRC was a constant battle ground between Chris and Astro (the diary admins), Chris liked Pepsi ( I think) and Astro liked Coke, so they constantly changed the name, the one that was used for the longest time was Glucose Fructose Based Solids and Coca Cola Beverages (GFB&CCB for "short" :P) When asked to be changed back to PRC, Astro denied it, and that was the only time in which he denied such a request :P
Another famous PRC event was when The diary owners Brian and Gary thought of the vlever idea to rename it and give the exact same description as the Boys Puberty Forum (thanks to Chris), the other owners were still convinved afer several explanations that the Diary mods did it, but eventually they understood :P

I was a founding member. I don't remember exactly what happened but one day I found myself no longer a member.

Stewie was also an owner at one point, but then he was removed for being a complete asshole to everyone. Actually, that's the reason he's been removed from several other Gov-Related thingies. But that's okay. He's moved on. Sort of. Kind of. Almost. Stewie was also banned from the diary for a month because he insulted Optid after being told not to do so publically. Stewie's feud with Optid ended after Stewie wrote 'Stewie > Optid' on one of the walls at Gino's East. It's written in orange crayon, though, on a section that looks a helluva lot like the Berlin Wall, so it's virtually impossible to see. Regardless, Stewie felt vindicated because of this, and the whole thing is over, and everyone's happy because Stewie has left Gov (at least as a posting member) in a self-righteous fit of indignation (incidentally, this is the longest time that one of Stewie's self-righteous fits of indignation has lasted). Oh, and Laura thinks he's cool. So how can you not love him? Hmm? Yeah. Thought so. But yeah. He used to be an owner of the glorious establishment known as Pop Rocks and Coke.

Fuck if I know when I joined PR/C. I'm STILL not an owner yet, but I won't tell anyone about my upsetness because gary would probably just remove it later. Um, I don't know if I'm considered a regular member there yet, but I hope so. I've got like 200 posts there anyways :P I thought Stewie was cool.

This diary was good until I got the banz0rz (last February). Then it went downhill, and I lost contact with a bunch of its members. With that being said, happy anniversary, and <333 8========D15:04, 3 October 2006 (EDT) a lot. Auf wiedersehen.
