A simple diary that was started by a fairly new member now by the name of Goin' Crazy!

It was a rather lazily put together diary, many owners were added before its creating because of a certain thread, and the diary's purpose was supposed to be about bad youth these days (which was started in the thread) but a lot of owners were removed and added, and the diary just becae a random place to talk, but then after awhile, a golden set of owners was formed

Matt (havoc) Laura (Pleeba) Adam (Revelations) Otter (Otter) :P Brad (Scurry Inertia) Goin' Crazy (Gary) Sparticus was removed after being inactive Jaden was soon added to this cast

At its golden age, PRC was a major Diary, it would sometimes get up to 40 posts per day, or even higher, many people enjoyed it, and it was great

Then one day Laura spammed another new diary with (annoying) owners, and she got banned

PRC slowly slipped into a depresion, but rebuilt itself to a good position again, then the diary creator Goin' Crazy! left govteen for about a month on his own accord, and PRC slipped up again, it has been slowly recovering from everything that has happened, and right now it is still well known, butit still is nothing compared to what it used to be

the current owners inclued all ove the above excet Laura, Sparticus, and Brad, but we know have james, the communities moderator as an owner
