From the game Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage for the Playstation. ok, what you need to do:

first hub:(ive forgotten the name) First get swimming ability (Pause the game and press circle,circle,circle,circle and square)and go to the place that you first start out. go to the lake bit and go in the middle side where the thing that looks like a white square,hold up and press the dive button. keep doing this until you are swimming in air.
