Strange color spectrum

From the game James Bond 007: Nightfire for the Microsoft XBOX.

Go inside that house in that one level (not the first level) that's a chinese type of house. Shoot out the window that's kinda on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms, you'll see a color spectrum that changes when you move around.
