From the game The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker for the Nintendo Gamecube

You must have Medli or Makar to do this. Preferable, have Link stand in a ghostly-looking chest, and cast the command melody. Have Medli/Makar activate the switch/shine light on the chest, which will make it appear, thus making Link levitate up onto the chest while it's appearing.
