Strange Death Mountain descent scrolling

From the game The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past for the Super Nintendo

Go to the Death Mountain Descent. Then, go as far as you can to the right, and then down. It should look like you're at the edge of the screen. If you get stuck in tree's you'll have to redo it. Now, move slightly right or left and the screen will scroll crazily.
