From the game Super Mario Sunshine for the Nintendo Gamecube

In Bianco Hills, choose "Petey Piranha Strikes Back". Now wake him, and wait until he flies over the windmill that is almost touching the ground (the one in the ditch). Now shoot Petey down, and he'll fall through it.
