Inactive turbo nozzle

From the game Super Mario Sunshine for the Nintendo Gamecube

Get the turbo nozzle and then switch back to the spray nozzle. Spray around and change nozzles while keeping the "R" button pressed down the whole way. Mario should spray backwards without running fast. If you press "R" a little lighter, Mario will begin running quickly.
