Fly up to glitched worlds

From the game Rygar for the NES.

In the overworld, go to a horizontal exit and jump across. Then immediately go back. Keep doing this and you will go higher and higher. In certain places, this will allow you to go to places you are not supposed to and see, such as a really screwed up world.
