Camera stuck in wall

From the game Sonic Adventure 2 for the Nintendo Gamecube

This has happened once to Jim and we're not sure how to replicate it but we will investigate it... He was playing as Shadow and did a Dash attack but the attack messed up a bit and got the camera to get stuck in the wall.
