From the game YuGiOh Worldwide Edition for the Game Boy Advance

If you use cards such as the Inexperienced Spy and other cards to look at Bandit Keith's Deck, then you will find a blank card with no level (stars), no picture, and ATK/0 DEF/0. When he draws this card, it will not change the number of cards in his hand and will seemingly disappear.
