From the game Mario Tennis for the Nintendo 64.
Go to a pirahna match as any character. Now, watch the piranhas spit out the tennis balls. Right when one's raising its head and about to spit out a ball, hit start and then Restart. When you restart the game, the piranha will make a spitting motion, but no ball will come out.
