Penmanship

Mastery of penmanship allows the player to type directly onto paper. All others can only draw, useful for everything but communicating freely or in great length. Players wishing to have an official document written up must normally seek out an Imperial Scribe, who would apply the desired text to paper. Players must have sufficient skill in communication to commission a Scribe.
