“Hey, do you guys think drunk “I love you’s” count?” (They respond.) “OK, check this out… my friend Nick got really drunk last night and told his girlfriend that he loved her, then this morning he took it back. Do you think he meant it?” (They respond.) “Here’s my take. When you’re drunk you say things that you actually mean but are afraid to say, so I told her that he probably meant it but just need more time to say it sober.”
