Princess Yue was the heir to the leadership of the Northern Water Tribe, daughter of Chief Arnook and Sokka's love interest. She is now the moon spirit.

Description
As being the daughter of the chief of the Northern Water Tribe, Yue was brought up into water tribe traditions as shown as she wears traditional water tribe attire, ahe also has white hair which she attained when she was saved by the moon spirit when she was a baby. She is gentle and loving person though she is strict when it comes to her duty to her tribe.
She was Sokka's love interest when Team Avatar first arrived at the Northern Water Tribe in The Siege of the North Part I, however it was revealed that she was engaged to another member of the tribe. After Admiral Zao killed La the moon spirit, Yue sacrificed her life to become the new moon spirit and although no longer human she has been able to give advice and guidance to Team Avatar as shown in The Awakening.
Powers
As the moon spirit, Yue has appeared to gain mastery of Waterbending (as being one of the two elements of Waterbending), her abilities were shown when she helped Aang in The Awakening by making the small wave he was surfing into a enormous tidal wave. Yue's powers only appear to be limited to the night.
Relationship
Apart from her love interest in Sokka and her relationship with her father. Yue has a strong love for her tribe.
