Master Pakku

Master Pakku is the Waterbending Master of the Northern Water Tribe, he was Katara and Aang's Waterbending tutor and ex fiancé to Kanna.
Description
When Team Avatar first met Master Pakku, he was strict and always followed by the tribes traditions and customs. Due to a rule about women not being allowed to be taught offensive Waterbending, he refused to teach Katara and when Aang tried to teach Katara what he had learned from Master Pakku, he to was rejected. It wasn't until Katara dueled against Pakku and showed him her necklace that she had inherited from her mother, that he relalised that it was the engagement necklace which he had carved for Kanna years ago, after this he had a change of heart and allowed Katara into his school, where she progressed into mastery far quicker than any other student he had ever had. After announcing that Katara would be Aang's new master, he set sail south, with a group of students to the Southern Water Tribe where he intented to help rebuild it.
Pakku's attire consists of a traditional Water Tribe blue robe, fur overcoat and pelt boots.
Relationships
Pakku originally had a strong love interest in Kanna, however after she left he appeared to loose all hope of love. He gained a love however for his tribe until Team Avatar's visit. He became attached to Katara after becoming his best student and being the grand daugher of Kanna, he also has a friendly relationship with Aang and Sokka.
