Tho is one of the Waterbenders of the Foggy Swamp. He appears to be one of the smarter members of the swamp dwellers. He has only appeared three times in The Swamp, The Day of Black Sun Part 1: The Invasion and The Day of Black Sun Part 2: The Eclipse.
Description
Tho is mostly the calm one out of him, Huu and Due, he takes problems with tactical measures and knows how to handle tactical situations well as shown when he captured Appa and Momo in the swamp.
Like all of the swamp dwellers, Tho wears a loincloth and a large leaf hat.
Relationships
Tho has a close friendships with Huu and Due and appears to have a growing relationship with Team Avatar and the Water Tribe.
