Tepet Arlo is the younger brother of Tepet Ejava, the Roseblack. He is the cousin of Tepet Reynald and First Mate on the Swift Midday Brilliance- class warship, the Einlanzer. Arlo is a Terrestrial Exalt of the Air Aspect, and is a calm, collected foil to his cousin's fiery personality.
