[edit] Lady of the Pale Gaze
Also known as Sis, Lady of the Pale Gaze is a former Lookshyan Citizen who is currently connected to and involved with enough organizations that, frankly, it'd be simpler to list what she isn't involved in - but that would be telling, and where's the fun in that? She's recently exalted as a Lunar, though little of her Luna-granted powers have been seen so far.
[edit] Appearance
Sis has golden skin and bright, candy red hair. Her pale gray eyes are sometimes speculated as the cause for her name. She is of well above average height, standing at six feet four inches tall, and has a rather hefty bust and noticeably curved hips. When she arrived on the Dream at 18, she was significantly heavier, and blames the worrying weight loss on stress and a dislike of the rations. This seems to have been corrected by her recent exaltation, which has resulted in an appearance improved even beyond her original striking looks.
She favors dresses and skirts over other clothing, but due to her duties in the Sweet Rain Technical Corps, most days she's seen wearing a rather unflattering uniform. No matter what, though, Sis is never seen without her white scarf. Normally it's wrapped around her head like a hijab, though when working it's frequently pinned across her face. Even with Momo's fussing, she refuses to leave it off. It does have the benefit of keeping her hair out of the way and acting as a bit of an air filter, as well as her official excuse - keeping her good looks from distracting her coworkers.
(Though currently, it has mysteriously gone missing - last seen wrapped around Momo's leg, but the chief engineer seems perfectly fine now!)
She's gained a new form with her exaltation - that of an eight foot tall, white-furred weasel woman. Her stride changes in this form, and a set of rather impressive claws and teeth have also been noted, along with an uncanny awareness of her surroundings.

Sis presents herself as kindness incarnate, especially to the young ones who have lost their families. She's widely regarded as the leader of the so-called Urchin Conspiracy, and most everyone knows that if someone under the age of 20 - and quite a few over that age as well - saw something, Sis will know about it before the day's out.
She's also fond of throwing parties to keep the general mood up, though it's also known that the best way to get one's self barred from said parties is to insult one of her adopted siblings - a certain Shamed Son is a favored target, but any of them will provoke said banning.
Sis is something of a flirt, and there's only one bed she can reliably be found in...
... The one she shares with Momo.

[edit] The Urchin Conspiracy
The Tech Corp's Urchin group doesn't quite encompass all the urchins onboard. Sis's so-called "Urchin Conspiracy," on the other hand, does. Anyone under the age of twenty can claim Sis as their big sis, and find companionship and a sympathetic ear. Three of the urchins are closest to Sis, however - close enough to be her henchmen, even.

At 17, Jansen is closest in age to his big sis, and something of the ringleader. He proudly works for the Sanitation Corps.

This 15 year old prodigy is a whizz in the Horticultural Corps, and adores her big sis. CLASSIFIED TO LUNAR CONCLAVE: It's quite likely Sis has been grooming Lindley for the WVS.

The youngest of the three at 13, Bremmer is part of the Technical Corps like his big sis.
