From Flight From Darkness

Sidereal Charms: Sidereals use the charms from Plague of Hat's Loom 2.0. They also have access to Greater Astrology Charms, and the ability to create new Greater Astrology charms without any need for approval from On High: the Maidens gave standing permission to do "whatever the fuck you need to" to complete their mission.

Sidereal Astrology: Works as presented in the MoEP: Sidereals, with the following exceptions:

1. The two rolls for Sidereal Astrology have been replaced with a single roll: Essence+Bureaucracy. Excellencies may be used on this roll. Dots in an associated College count as Specialties, and are not capped at three dice.

2. Sidereals may create permanent Destinies and apply them to mortals, godbloods, or Dragonbloods as per the Destiny background. Doing so is mechanically identical to creating an artifact of the same magnitude. When creating a Destiny, a Sidereal uses the Craft most appropriate to that destiny: "This young warrior shall slay the Shadow" would be Fire, for instance, while "This healer is destined to poison her own father" would be Wood. Flexibility will be granted here, and Revlid's crafting system will help. Destinies do not require exotic components to create, but a destiny may be unraveled to comprise a number of exotic components equal to half its rating and used to construct an artifact related to its theme.

3. In addition to the normal benefits, Resplendent Destinies come with a number of dots in any social backgrounds equal to the Sidereal's dots in the College associated with the Destiny. These dots must be specified when the Destiny is created, and they are only available while the Destiny is worn. Once the Destiny fades, they are lost. These dots represent the Sidereal's ability to create a fictitious identity and trick Fate into assume this identity is real and connected to the fabric of the world. For example, a Resplendent Destiny as a business owner could get a dot in Connections (Guild) and perhaps in Resources, while one disguising as a Lookshyan military officer might contain a dot or two in Connections (Last Legion) or even (Arsenal).
