The video camera you found while out exploring the city. While taking a closer look at it, you can read on the side that it's a Lunon XITOH HV30 MiniDV High Definition Camcorder. This should be able to play pretty much anything you can find in your travels.

• Scattered throughout the city you will find several videotapes recording various things be it something from before the fall or after. Once found you can find a list of the tapes you have by using the 'tape inventory' or 'tinv' for short.

Found during your exploration of the city in the 'Lost Camera' event in the Outside Exploration area. Gives you the ability to watch the various tapes you find scattered across the city.
