Appearance

As you get closer, about to cross the street to approach the entrance, you spot a burly security guard on the steps between the stone lions. A large, muscled fellow covered in dark fur and battered jacket. It is one of those crazed wolverines you've seen in the area guarding with manic obsession and great violence.

Events

James is guarding the Library in the High Rise District. The Central Library quest details how the player may interact with James and the details of gaining access to the Library.

Notes

• James can't be interacted with outside the Central Library event. He is not in a location the player can specifically nav to. When the event concludes, the player wont see James again.
