Fillmore! is an absolute monarchy with five ranks. These ranks correspond to levels of authority and abilities users have.

• Jr Commissioner - The Jr Commissioner is the founder of the Wiki. They are the boss and every decision boils down to them. The current Jr Commissioner is Admin.
• Profilers - Profilers are the assistants of the Supercomputer, they are like the Wikipedia Administrators, they have the power to delete pages and ban users, it is also their job to assist users who have questions.
• Safety Patrollers - Standard users. They can edit pages, but cannot delete or protect them. They can be banned and can upload files.
• X Students - These people have the lowest rank. They are the ones who prefer to read our articles instead of creating Fillmore! accounts. They are almost totally powerless, and the only thing they can do is read articles and create accounts.
