Joelle & Karim Fillmore are Cornelius Fillmore's parents, they only appear in the episode Cry, The Beloved Mascot although they have been referred to throughout the series.

History

As they only appear in one episode in the series, very little is known about them however it is revealed that they are very nice and loving people who enjoy family outings to Poppa Crackeys Crawfish Barrel (Fillmore's favorite eatery). Joelle also appears to enjoy crafting as he made monogramed bibs for the family for their outing.

They also appear to understand Cornelius's devotion to the Safety Patrol as they willingly cancel their outing for him to return to school to investigate a crime.
