Cornelius Fillmore (normally referred to as Fillmore) is the leading character of the show and a highly respected member of the Safety Patrol. His current partner and best friend is Ingrid Third who was appointed after his former partner Wayne Liggit moved south. He is voiced by Orlando Brown.
