The Imperial City is the Seat of the Empire of the Hayden Dynesty. The Most populous City on the Northern Side of the continent, it represents the glory and grandure of the empire. Here are to be found the imperial palaces, the Sun-Temple of Pelor, and the vast market place of Emthailia.
