Someone give me tips of how to get a 7 minute mile, I can do an 8 minute mile, 1 more minute is all I need.

What grade are you in? Keep up the work on the mile sooner or later you will be able to run a 6.30 mile. -Amy

I'm in 8th grade. I hope I can at least do a 7 minute mile. 630 will be great though!
