- A Willing Target : Keep the same theme, but rather than jump off the deep end into child rape, make it a willing adult cultist who sees this as some alien and freakish honor to her gods-beyond-gods.
- Misery Loves Company: More in line with the otherworldly and inhuman agenda of the Yozis, the Ebon Dragon "consecrated" an entire kingdom to the worship of the Yozis and the "sacred" duty of housing their Avatars' Essences. The process involves grotesque mutation and exploding messily when the Essence leaves them, but that's a small price to pay for the greater good.
- The Man Turned Inside Out: In sick tribute to Malfeas the ex-king, the Yozis took a cultist and inverted his flesh, exposing his heart and the rest of his organs. He is hung in cruciform manner on one of Szoreny's roots and only the Essences within him and powerful charms of his demon attendants keep him alive. For added squick, keep him self-aware.

- Lytek's Cabinet, What?: This would be the option where the writers remember that there are lots of crafting Demons. Have Ligier build a version of the Cabinet, keep the Shards in that.
- Vessels of Malefic Enlightenment: Aleuva used her power to forge people into things and took fifty fanatical Ebon Dragon cultists and forged them into fifty blackened containers that bear the shape of forged-iron lanterns. Each one personally holds an Essence, which is then housed in the Demon that tempts the would-be Infernal and gives him/her the Urge.
